Managed IT service

Managed Services

The full package: your entire IT estate monitored, maintained and supported under a single agreement that sets the scope, the service levels and the commercial terms.

This is the umbrella agreement: we take responsibility for the day-to-day health of your IT (endpoints, servers, network, cloud services and backups) as a single accountable partner. You stop coordinating three vendors and start reading one report.

The agreement starts with a documented baseline of your environment as it actually is. From there, everything is proactive: patches applied on schedule, backups tested rather than assumed, capacity watched before it runs out, and issues opened by our monitoring, often before your team notices.

Managed Services

What the service includes

One SLA for the whole estate

Response and resolution targets by severity, covering endpoints, servers, network and the cloud services your business runs on.

Proactive maintenance calendar

Patching, updates, backup tests and capacity checks on a published schedule, not when someone remembers.

Helpdesk for your staff

A single contact for every IT problem, remote-first, with on-site visits where hands are needed.

Management report

Tickets, uptime, risks and recommendations in plain language, at the cadence your agreement sets.

Why it pays off

  • Costs and coverage agreed in writing instead of decided in the middle of an emergency
  • Problems caught by monitoring before staff feel them
  • One accountable partner instead of finger-pointing between vendors
  • Documentation that survives any staff change: yours, or ours

The return for your business

The return is downtime that never happens and senior time that stops leaking into IT firefighting. What that is worth depends on your business, and this page does not put a number on it.

An illustration, not a past project

A 40-person trading company drops its “call the IT guy” model

The company ran on a freelancer who came when things broke. After two days of downtime in one quarter, they moved to a managed agreement: baseline documentation in week one, monitoring on servers and endpoints in week two, a patch calendar from month one. The next “disaster”, a failing disk in the file server, was a planned replacement on a quiet Thursday, procured by the client against our specification, instead of a weekend emergency.
