What it changes for your business
Nobody notices a good network, and that is the point. What the business feels is everything a bad one causes: calls that drop in meetings, a warehouse that stops scanning, and an outage nobody can diagnose because nothing was ever documented.
An illustration
An illustration, not an account of a past project: a company signs a lease on a bare-shell office and discovers that “IT” is a line on the fit-out contractor’s quote with no detail behind it. We produce the design and the bill of materials, the contractor prices the cabling against it, hardware is procured by the client from its preferred supplier, and our engineers configure and commission during the final fit-out week. The difference is visible a year later: when something fails, there is a drawing, a labelled rack and a monitoring alert, not an archaeology project.
Frequently asked questions
Do you supply or install the hardware?
The physical works are carried out by specialist contractors we brief and supervise against our written specification, and we handle the design, configuration, commissioning, security and ongoing management. You get one party accountable for the result, from the drawing to the running network.
Where do you work?
We are based in Downtown Dubai. Most design, configuration and management work is done remotely; surveys, supervision and commissioning happen at your sites. Tell us where your sites are and we confirm scheduling before quoting.
Can you take over a network someone else built?
Yes, that is a common starting point. We document it as found, fix the risks in priority order, and only then talk about a managed agreement. You get the documentation either way.
What does the managed-network service include?
An annual agreement can cover monitoring, patching, configuration backup, response times defined by severity, scheduled visits and a monthly report, delivered by an engineer named in that agreement. What a given agreement includes is set out in it.
How long does a new office network take?
Survey and design come first, then configuration and commissioning towards the end of the fit-out, with the cabling running in parallel with the contractor’s works. How long each stage takes depends on the size of the office, hardware lead times and the contractor’s programme, and the timetable is agreed in the proposal.
