Co-Managed IT
Your internal IT team, extended: we take the layers they lack (monitoring, escalation, projects) and leave them in charge.
An internal IT person or small team is valuable precisely because they know your business, and overloaded for exactly the same reason. Co-managed IT does not replace them; it gives them a second layer: enterprise monitoring tooling, an escalation bench for the hard problems, cover for leave, and extra hands for projects.
The split is written down: who owns the helpdesk, who owns the servers, who is called at which severity. Your team stays the face of IT; we make them look bigger than they are.

What the service includes
Escalation bench
Senior engineers behind your team for the problems that exceed one person’s bandwidth or specialism.
Shared tooling
Your team works inside our monitoring, ticketing and documentation platforms, no enterprise licence bill.
Leave & absence cover
Holidays and sick days stop being single points of failure.
Project capacity
Migrations, rollouts and audits staffed jointly, so daily support does not stall the project, or vice versa.
Why it pays off
- Keep the internal knowledge, add the missing depth
- Enterprise tooling without enterprise licence costs
- No single point of failure named after one employee
- A written division of duties, no gaps, no turf wars
The return for your business
Co-management exists so that one person leaving does not take the IT function with them. What it costs against a second hire depends on both, and neither figure is ours to publish.
An illustration, not a past project
One IT manager, 120 users, zero cover
A distributor’s IT manager had not taken a full week off in two years. Under co-management, our team took monitoring, patching and second-line escalation; he kept strategy, vendors and the helpdesk face. He took his first real holiday in years, during which our bench handled an email outage he only read about in the monthly report.
Start with a conversation
An initial consultation with a consultant rather than a salesperson, about your IT, security or systems question.
